esse studio is the name under which two independent professionals work together. They process your data as joint controllers:

What data we collect

The site has no forms and uses no analytics or profiling tools. We only process the data you send us when you contact us on WhatsApp or by email: your name, your phone number or email address, and whatever you write in your message.

Like any website, our hosting provider records technical data (for example IP address and browser type) for security and to keep the site running.

Why we use it

To reply to your requests, prepare quotes and, where agreed, carry out the work. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, or performing a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), and, for tax obligations, compliance with a legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).

How long we keep it

We keep conversations for as long as we need to handle your request. If you become a client, we keep your data for the duration of our working relationship and for the period required by tax law.

Who else sees it

We do not sell your data or pass it on to third parties for marketing purposes.

Your rights

At any time you can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict how we process it or to send you a copy, and you can object to its processing. Write to us at info@esse-studio.dev.
